JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Including, but not limited to:
Diagnosing software and hardware malfunctions and working with members of the Support team to quickly identify and help resolve problems;
Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming customer phone calls and emails;
Develop sufficient product knowledge to handle front line and escalated support calls;
Resolve customer service-related issues and contribute towards improving overall customer service and satisfaction;
